The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining all Public Housing and Special Use properties. The maintenance staff performs various plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting related tasks.

In addition to the routine building maintenance, the maintenance staff is responsible for all grounds keeping including landscape, mowing and removal of snow and ice from the sidewalks and parking areas at all of our properties.

We have personnel available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for the maintenance emergency needs of our residents. To notify maintenance of a need after hours or on weekends and holidays, call 330-264-2727 and follow the instructions.
